    Although this order was late, the seller offered to investigate. It did arrive and was well packaged. The price was great. l think Ebay needs to define, what is required, from sellers with tracking numbers, as most tracking numbers, either do not match or actually track, the order. However l would recommend, this seller based on their honesty by sending the product.

    It took well over a week to arrive and the box came all squashed today which i wasn't happy about as its a $50 cream including delivery cost. Seller didn't respond to my message so I had to involve ebay support. It was put in a basic cheap envelope not protected at all and was quashed during transport after I paid $10 for delivery not acceptable for what I paid.
