The Watcher In The Woods
1 of 1 found this helpful We absolutely loved this movie. Just enough scary stuff for a child aged 10 and lots of adventure. Last Bette Davis movie made before her passing. She was fantastic as always, love those eyes! Great storyline with a surprise ending. Worth watching!

Shipwrecked
An older Walt Disney movie. My nephew watched this movie years back and loved it so I thought I would purchase it for my daughter who has special needs and is sensitive to violence and gore, etc. which this movie does NOT have. It's light entertainment focusing mostly on the journey aboard ship and then on the boy marooned on an island after being shipwrecked. Without ruining it for others, the story line is interesting and harmless to a younger audience, the characters are real and the boy does well with his part. Unfortunately, you find yourself enjoying the story so much that when the end comes, it seems abrupt and pieced together roughly. It could have expanded on a few things wrapping them up better, but overall, I would recommend this movie for a young audience under age 10.

Stargate
As a Sci Fi buff, I love this movie and the series it later spawned. Everything was great about this movie and especially enjoyable if you followed the Stargate series on television. I had to explain a few things to those in my family who didn't watch the television series but overall, it was very enjoyable.
