Tried to contact the seller a number of times, item not received, tracking number not provided and no response from seller. Extremely poor service

Unfortunately we couldn't get any info from the courier service to pass on or escalate the shipping issues, as we would always usually do. We have ceased using that courier as a result. All we could do was offer a full refund of course and apologise for something out of our control. We do hope you got sorted with a similar item and appreciate you coming to us in the first instance.
