Good hardware but not good software driver

Software Driver WDM has only 2 inputs/2 outputs, where ISO driver has 6 inputs/6 outputs
the DSPmixfx software is confusing and hard to use
in general, great little hardware only let down by the software.

good quality mixer, easy to mount the mixer to the sink
The mechanism to mount the mixer to the sink is an excellent idea.
The button to change the flow of water is a little bit flimsy, we will watch to see how long it will last. From my experience of other mixer, the rubber always get hardened and fall off after about 1 year of using.
It's would be better to use metal knob, I think it will last longer and the overall look of the mixer is much better

powerful steamer, good idea/concept, craftmanship of tools let down otherwise a great steamer

- can add water to tank any time, no need to wait for cooling down

- the spring clip to fasten extension hose goes soft when steam is at max temp and the big nozzle is used, the clip gave way and the hose disengaged
- the steel brush of round steel brush fall off after 1 round of use
- extension hose is hot and soft (easily to bend when pressed hard against floor) at max temp steam
