Great looking watch, in perfect condition just as the seller described. Very good value too, especially considering three really decent straps that he also sent ( including the one on the watch ) FOC. Packaging was very good and secure, including plenty of Bubble Wrap !! All in all, very pleased with my purchase, cheers. A1+++

    The best British comedy EVER
Simply the best British comedy ever made. Period. The first series is somewhat different in tone to the others, but there are still some great laughs to be had. However, with series 2, Blackadder really got into it's stride, with (in this reviewer's opinion) some of the funniest episodes ever seen on television. Every single character from Blackadder himself to Lord Percy and Nursey are played to perfection by an outstanding cast. Series 3 was also a triumph with the all the cast clearly enjoying it and knowing exactly how to play their characters. Series 4 is also excellent but possibly just showing signs that the format was becoming a little too familiar. That said, it's still hilarious and an essential part of the collection. Also in this boxed set is the rather splendid Blackadder's Christmas Carol that sees a return of the characters from Series 2 and 3, as well as a few new ones. Again, it's superb and captures the spirit of the very best of the Blackadder franchise. Back and Forth (the episode initially made exclusively for the Millenium Dome) is a slight oddity in that it's just not as funny as the previous series. Personally this reviewer thinks it would have benefited from the canned laughter that was present in the series. However it rounds the Blackadder story off nicely and is good to have in this set. The really gem though, is a 15 min short that is on the Back and Forth disk called the Cavalier Years. Judging by the set it appears to have been made around the time of series 3 and was made as a Comic Relief special. At only 15 minutes or so in length it is pretty short, but is an absolute classic with some superb banter from the key players. The packaging on this boxed set is great too - with a various quotes from the various Blackiadders through the ages on the fold out inner case. All in all an essential purchase.

Citizen Signature NB1031-53L Grand Touring Men's Automatic Stainless Steel Watch
    26 October 2017
A fantastic watch for the money
This watch truly belies its relatively low price and delivers a huge amount for the money. Featuring a fully in-house movement (that so far has been deadly accurate to +1 sec a day), one of the best executed AR coatings on the sapphire crystal that I've seen this side of Breitling, and a fit and finish that honestly is comparable to many leading Swiss brands costing many times as much. There really is very little to say in the negative about this watch : it truly IS that good. The only negative points I've found are firstly, the clasp isn't quite up to the fantastic quality of the bracelet or head. It's perfectly serviceable for desk-diving, but it is just a simple pressed steel affair and features no additional safety locking or indeed a diver's extension. This isn't really a problem for me as I always intended to put it on a rubber strap anyway (although the weirdly sized 23mm lugs makes that something of a challenge). Secondly the lume areas aren't really large enough or bright enough for a dedicated dive watch. And lastly (and this is my biggest bug-bear) the bezel insert is just plain old anodised aluminium, which again is perfectly serviceable, but in today's market it really should be ceramic. Even micro-brands are managing ceramic bezels these days so Citizen really have no excuse here. However the old-school bezel kind of fits with the retro styling so I can just about forgive it. Even though it seems like the Citizen designers bottled it at the last minute and shied away from making this a truly serious dive watch in a couple of key areas mentioned above, there is still enough retro-dive watch DNA present to satisfy even the most discerning of watch fans. All in all it's a fantastic watch at its RRP price point..., and a truly AMAZING watch at Internet prices!

Citizen Eco Drive Stainless Steel Mens Watch AT9010-52E
    23 June 2017
    Superb value for money
This is a superb watch that belies its (relatively) cheap price. Citizen's Eco-Drive charging system is much more efficient (in my opinion) than other solar powered tech used by their competitors, and the atomic radio reception never misses an update overnight. The build quality is excellent and the finish is impeccable. All the bracelet links are solid (again unlike many competitors) and the clasp is much better than the simple pressed steel you often see on watches in this price bracket. Be careful on the quoted size however - it's listed as 43mm, but that excludes the extra piece of metal on the right of the case that houses the crown and pushers. With that piece (but still excluding the crown and pushers themselves) it actually measures 45mm. The size is fine for me, but some may be surprised by the extra couple of mm's. Despite being into watches for almost 30 years this is my first Citizen, but it definitely won't be my last. An excellent watch all round for the money.
