Does not serve the purpose
3 of 3 found this helpful THis was not worth the money. It does get warm but it does not radiate the heat. It is under my desk as I write. I put my feet on it. I had it on the back panel but could not tell that it was on. Think of it as a hot pad and nothing else. Disappointed.

Blissfully Simple
After using the Tomton one on a recent trip, I had to wonder how we ever navigated without one. It has the most consise verbal directions, the maps are clear and easy to see, and you have the added feature of seeing the direction on a play by play text screen. I get lost in my own backyard. It was so frustrating to me that I had to relay on a travel buddy to help me go anywhere. I have found independence with this navigator. Even if I miss a turn, it will re-route me until I have found my way. Wow!
