  Item descriptions are not accurate! The seller listed this as new, when I received the puzzle, it was clearly used as the box had to be re-taped shut and some of the pieces were still together. Would not recommend this seller because it looks like I am not the only person this has happened to.

  Seller adverstised with pictures in box as new. Sent used batteries and chargers instead. I contacted seller before buying to make sure they were new and avoid this but got no response. Seller claims that it was a “mistake” in the description and the new ones in box were supposed to have a different price.

  Received a refund because it was never mailed out to me! I’m not sure if the seller just forgot or just didn’t care, never had a tracking number and never did respond to my messages! One a scale of 0-10 he gets Zero!
