Great Product

SAM-e has changed my life. It has 100% resolved my treatment-resistant depression with the only side-effects being that with higher doses it causes some occasional anxiety / restlessness or sweating. 1600mg is the sweet spot which is very expensive so I wish the US would make this a prescription that insurance could cover. I noticed if I take a couple of day break, like no dosing on the weekend, the effects are more noticeable. Depending on what's going on you can even just take this as needed over the course of the week as it kicks in very quickly within hours. I've tried many brands with varied results at different doses. This Doctor's Best brand seems great along with other enterically coated blister packaged ones. The ones I purchased here were also 2 years from expiration which many people think makes a difference.
