I "looked" at this auction, then EBAY sent me an offer, saying the price was reduced from 59.00 down to 39.00! So I accepted the offer, and paid for the auction, which turned around to be 59.00!!! Plus shipping and handling. Tried to get EBAY to do something about it, but nothing can be done! Add to that, the "Jeannie" bottle for the sister, which is turquoise, was not in the package, so I was really disappointed with this sale! Also, why does it take 10 days to get from ohio to los angeles?

I understand your frustration but I assure you that you have received an item that was NEW and never opened. I personally have no control over the price you were charged as EBay handles this. Shipping is 3-5 days processing (seller has 3 business days as well) and whatever the USPS does after is also out of my control. You are more than welcome to open a return and I do believe EBay has informed you of this option as well. I take pride in the quality of my products and the handling of them.
