Good value product
Seems to do what it is supposed to do, but still in the early stages of trying the product. Up to now, I am very happy with the product.

For a good night's sleep..................
1 of 1 found this helpful I do have trouble sleeping at night, but when I take one of these 10 mg Melatonin capsules, it does help me to go to sleep quite fast... they do not make you drowsy in the morning. I wake up refreshed and happy to have got off to sleep so fast. I have tried other products in the past but Melatonin is the best one I have ever tried, so I would highly rate this product.
