  Purchased a fan to replace my broken one. After waiting 3 weeks my initial order still hadn't arrived, tracking link not updating, seller was 100% unresponsive and eBay had to step in to refund me. Meanwhile the seller had relisted the same item for sale- which I bought & paid for express postage to eventually be told that the item was not in stock. If seller just responded to my initial query I would of saved weeks of time and effort. Sellers other negative reviews say similar issues occurred.
