  Seller didn't disclose certain issues that were very important. Seller's posted item was supposed to come with Microphone and was even pictured but hasn't addressed the problem said he forgot to send it!! Said he sent it but never got it and no tracking was ever provided. Package was poorly packed. Very unprofessional transaction will not deal with again!! Please be aware of this seller!!!!!

  Paying for shipping costs, there's a reasonable expectation that the item will be packed to protect the item during transit. This guitar arrived damaged. Packed in a flimsy cardboard box with weak styrofoam strips that failed as padding. The bottom of the box wasn't taped. The end of the guitar was hanging out which ripped the gig bag and shoved the strap button into the body. I contacted the seller twice requesting the price of shipping be refunded as a fair resolution. He failed to respond.

  Extremely fast shipping - packing could have been better, but the fit was tight enough in the box that there was no damage. Will put seller on my preferred list and hope to do business again!
