They sent trays different from the ones pictured (which were the right ones) that were too small and didn’t have the necessary edge for the oven. Not what was advertised at all. I documented with pictures that showed they weren’t the right product and requested the return postage be refunded also. I took the extra time, effort to document that these were different than their pictures. They didn’t do so. I shouldn’t have to pay postage back
