It’s sharp but has heavy vignetting. Totally worth it thoug! Great lens!
1 of 1 found this helpful It’s pretty sharp and gives nice bokeh. It’s not as sharp as the Fujinon 56mm APD, which is the most similar lens I’ve had to compare it to. For the price it’s really impressive.
Focusing is not too hard, but I usually use a tripod and I take my time. So if you’re gonna just handhold it, it’s gonna take some getting used to.
The vignetting is very noticeable. I think that is because Fujifilm cameras usually have profiles that correct vignetting and distortion built in for all the Fuji lenses, but there is none for this lens.
“Is it durable?” It’s too early to tell really.
I’m happy with this lens.
