  Brought 6 mugs, seller stated they were sent back to her with two broken, I offered to pay the full price that I originally paid for the four remaining but she didn’t want to. No tracking no supplied and she said she couldn’t claim for the broken mugs / postage already paid. I can understand not wanting to be bothered with reposting the four but the refund was given prior to messaging me

  I did not break the mugs. Australia Post did. I had posted two items on one receipt. I had uploaded the receipt to another ebayer, so the ebay system does not allow you to upload the same postage receipt twice. I thought I was doing the right thing by refunding immediately, and then telling you I had done so. Why wouldn't I? I no longer had six mugs to sell you. Yes, I did refund before messaging you. I did. Fact. I did not think asking you if you wanted a refund was necessary!
