Please consider this as constructive feed back. therobi-3, when you send a sewing machine you don't just put it in a box and post it!you need to make sure the item is secure inside the box because it will not arrive undamaged if you don't.Clearly the fact that the machine was inside a case did not stop it moving in the case and when it arrived there was an adjustment lever bent back onto the body. Not good, plus the case should have been covered in bubble wrap as well I assume you're new..
