Pioneer DVD-V8000 DVD Player

Awesome unit
Bought this unit to connect to PCs to control DVDs - actually imaged Laserdiscs that we’re converted to DVD. Protocol is exactly the same as the previous Pioneer laserdisc models so no code change. Has both 15 pin (proprietary) and 9 pin RS233 connector. Null modem allows communication. Great gear!

Great value and awesome quality!
Amazing slide scanner! Slides appear amazingly fresh, makes the old photos developed from the same negatives look very tired. Software is awesome to use - the auto colour correction works very well. Using my Plustek 8100 on OSX 10.14.6
