  Router 2.4 ghz band was weaker than my older router, returned the router with tracking 9301920585500055029224, contacted seller and never received refund. Huzzah credit card charge back- this from seller who tried telling me I just need to install the latest firmware to get it to work better despite that again, 2.4ghz band sucked --> usually indication of heat damage to the router. Would have gladly accepted refund and left positive- but keeping my money and the router- nah- let the world know

  Seriously contacted this seller multiple times before resorting to cc charge back. Imagine they don't use ebay or use lack of communication as a tool- either way not a happy customer and not a cool way to do business. Keep my money and the item because you claim the item is not broken / fully functional-

  Beware this buyer - scammer. I offered to help them configure the router, they instead broke the item and returned unpacked loose in a box, then demanded a full refund for the broken item. This was only refunded because I delayed in opening a case with Ebay. Don't do business with them - look out!
