Easy mistake, the packaging looked very similar to the item I order. They took full responsibility, and I've already received the correct item. Great customer service!

    The item was a bona fide replacement battery for the eGo system. It came in its original packaging in good shape. Delivery was timely and as promised. The price was better than the same item offered elsewhere. The one drawback was the inability to cancel an order. I placed an order for a listing with a battery alone, but realized immediately that I wanted instead one that included a charger, too. My request to cancel was denied even though it came within minutes of placing the order.

    Hope I am not sending two reviews, something went wrong! The Kobalt Blower is as described (new), packed well, arrived in good time and works great! Price was good too. It is hard to find Kobalt 80 volt items at the store and we like them to have all the same battery. I wanted a battery blower as electric cords around the pool is dangerous. I would buy from this seller again!
