Great all around Bluetooth speaker
2 of 2 found this helpful My original UE Boom has been one of my favourite ever purchases, and has held up so well over the past five years.I finally gave in and decided to upgrade to the Boom 3 because it was at such a great price and, while it was a bit of an impulse purchase, I haven't regretted it so far. The design is fantastic and even more durable than the original, it's significantly louder, and the bass is a little bit punchier. The fact that I can still pair it to my five year old speaker is the icing on the cake.
There are portable Bluetooth speakers with better sound quality and/or cheaper prices, but from my research the Boom 3 is still the best overall, in terms of design, features, sound quality, durability, and performance, and the quality of the original Boom has given me a lot of faith in the brand.
