A great buy!
It includes a great rubber boot for the toggle and a nice nameplate to show the electrical position of the toggle.

This replacement Ac Dc adapter would be so much better with a longer cord!
The cord on this replacement Ac Dc adapter for powering my Ooma Telo was much shorter than the cord on the Ac Dc adapter that was supplied with Ooma Telo. This was a major problem for me. Also the barrel of the plug is much longer that the plug barrel length on the adapter being replaced but this is not a problem for me. The Ooma Telo functions properly with power supplied by this adapter The original adapter stopped functioning after our AC Utility power transformer was hit by lightning.

These are the 2nd and 3rd AcryliCase[R] branded product recently purchased
Both AcryliCase[R] items were made with very nice clear acrylic material. I was so impressed with the first case that I purchased, that I narrowed my search to this brand when searching for additional cases.
