Active or inactive?
As a Dish technician Id like to know if this receiver is active or inactive? If its active on an account it CANNOT be used. If its inactive you have to have an active Dish account to activate this receiver. And if this receiver is active you CANNOT activate it on your own account.

Hybrid system only
This solo hub will only work with a hybrid system. This isn't stated in the product description.
