Pretty disappointed with no answers to be found

For starters the controller displayed isn't the correct color (It doesn't effect the issues the controller has, but it is something for the seller to be aware of.) Ever since I have owned it, the controller has been more problematic than rewarding. From day one my home button has to be pressed hard to turn on my system or bring up the menu, the reactions of the controllers are skewed, maybe due to some faulty wiring within it. And the controller for some reason keeps disconnecting my wireless headset from my PS4. It's very distracting in the middle of an online game and not be able to communicate with my team. I have used other controllers to see if it was just a strange coincidence, but no other controller disconnects my headset functions. I haven't been able to troubleshoot it either and no explanation yet can be found as of yet, so for now all I can do is leave that controller in its box.

Exceeded My Expectations

The product is beautiful and finely detailed. Surprising articulation (Not the most amazing, but keep in mind this Darth Vader we're talking about.) The paint job is sleek, nicely detailed, and the cloth cape and robes are much appreciated. Probably the bang for your buck.
