I was sent the wrong model of cinch. There was fluid communication for the return, but I was not given any solution other than a refund. I had to pay 15 USD for the return, but once they received the wrong model, the communication was cut off and they did not give me the alternative of sending me the correct model. For this reason I give two stars, although the return was easy, I lost money and had to buy the machine elsewhere.

Got EBay involved and was refunded payment. Seller never stated what happened. No communication and held my funds for 12 days. I cannot recommend this seller.
