Wonderfully Written!
A wonderfully written novel about the Civil War. Shelby Foote's writing style makes the timeline of the war flow with ease. His ability to present history by story telling sets him apart from other authors. I would highly recommend purchasing and reading this book. Every American should understand what happened in order to prevent it from happening again.

Great Photos, Great Information!
Great photos and well written! This book gives a look at the gear and personal belongings of GIs during the Battle of the Bulge. If you're a collector, this book gives great references to certain pieces and how they fit in to the overall makeup of a GIs gear. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
