Immediately wrote to the seller, urging them to never sell fragile items again. Seller has never sold anything fragile, and assumed a single sheet of bubble wrap was adequate for shipment. Do not buy anything fragile from tholy, it will not be shipped with quality care. Seller stopped responding.
