Bob the Builder - The Knights of Fix-A-Lot (2003, DVD)
One more story in the Bob the Builder series. Bob and his Dad go to work on refurbishing a castle. There is a lesson to be learned from the video--Bob does not tell his Dad that he does not need his Dad taking over the workload. Bob finally gets the courage to tell his Dad how he feels and they both are much happier. This video shows the true meaning of teamwork.

Ape Escape
We purchased the gane after playing it on a demo we found when we located our old playstation in some boxes we were cleaning up. My 4 year old easily figured out how to use the controller and had hours of fun with it. It has multi-levels and is very fun to play. Several times he would give me the controller to get him past a difficult point and I soon became addicted myself. The animation is a little cheap in some areas, but hey, it is an older game. The sound effects are really cool. If you are looking for a fun game for younger children (or adults), this game is just right for you. Chasing the monkeys down and capturing them on land and in water is challenging but also fun in the process. You've got to try it!

Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island (2005, DVD)
Great video! One of my son's favorite videos. Scary but not so scary to create nightmares for 4 year olds. Animated werewolves and zombies are in this video so if you have an aversion to your child seeing them, don't buy this video. The theme is basically the Scooby Doo bunch stumbling upon a mystery of a pirate haunting an island. Twists and scares along the way help them discover things are not quite what they seem. The werewolves get killed when the moon is full and the island goes back to normal. And of course, Scooby Doo and Shaggy are always searching for food and getting into trouble. You'll love this!
