The hearing aids power up and match the model in the picture except for an important defect in one of the hearing aids which cannot hold a connection to the Phonak target software. As soon as it connects, it disconnects saying a message that the connection have expired.

Because they had been rest to factory settings, that means they need to reassign left and right. Phonak Target disconnect one out they were same side (left side). If that's not the case, it has to be your programming device. Our hearing aids tested 24 hours prior listing.

I needed a replacement hearing aid for my mom. This is the "only" 'seller I found on eBay that knew what they were doing. Sellers on eBay aren't listing the right models. You need specific hearing aid software to determine the model number..,at least with Costco (Rexton) units. The seller was able to provide the right model number which paired with my mother's existing unit. The seller is honest and very knowledgeable.
