Active PS2 to USB adapter...works great
Worked perfectly to connect both a PS2 keyboard and PS2 mouse to a single USB port, either USB 2 or USB 3 on a Windows 10 PC. This is an "active" adapter so that newer operating systems like Windows 10 can identify the equipment and automatically load the correct drivers. This is what the cheap "passive" adapters do NOT do, and so the passive adapters fail to work properly.

Does not work.
Does not work. I tried both a PS2 mouse and keyboard with these adapters on four different Windows 10 PC's and one Windows 7 PC. These adapters did not work as advertised on any. Nothing was detected on any USB 2 port. When connected to USB3 ports on a two of the Win 10 PC's the following error was issued...
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
Researching this info on the internet leads me to belive these are passive adapters, and what is required is an "active" adapter, which I have used successfully, and tested both mouse and keyboard with. Do not buy these, look for "active PS2 to USB adapters".
