  Item was packed well, contents as described, plugged it in and it worked as expected. Shipping US Postal Service is just slow, 7 days/5 business days, when it was stated to be 5 days/3 business days. I would recommend requesting FedEx or UPS. Even if it's a few dollars extra to ship over USPS.
