Acceptable quality at a bargain price.
1 of 1 found this helpful The price is great(under $11 including shipping), but the quality could be better. All in all, it is a good value for the money, so long as you don't need super accuracy. I would buy it again.

Saved me money!
We were able to rebuild our cylinder without any problems, at a fraction of the price of a new cylinder.
