Arrogant Company terrible product refuse to make things right!
1 of 2 found this helpful Technical support language barriers. Remote sensor conflicts with adjacent TV remote volume. Can set parameter for single view cycle but does not work and Amcrest denies this and refuses to do anything about it. Playback views are not user friendly. There are much better products that are less expensive. I would not re recommend evet purchasing Amcrest products. They could have done the right moral ethical thing but refuse to do this. Boy did they see me coming. Do not make the same mistake I made and purchase their product.

Cannot default to Bluetooth headset when answering incoming call on Versa 3 watch.
On the Versa 2, of an incoming call would come in, I could answer the phone on my watch and could either talk on my Bluetooth headset or the phone. On the Versa 3, it defaults to the watch and not the Bluetooth headset or the phone when you answer the phone on the watch and you cannot change the default to the respective headset bluetooth. Some people do not want to look like secret service agents but on the Versa 3, there is no choice🤨
