These are the perfect answer to my two year quest for oven mitts
I have very large hands, but these mitts are comfortable and big enough. They grip well, and allow me to even pick up small items, yet they do not let any heat get through to my hands. I highly recommend them!

Perfect for a single cup of great coffee.
I can highly recommend the Zevro Brewing System. Makes a perfect cup of coffee every time, is easy to clean, and takes up little room. Compared to our french press, which required a lot of extra filtering if you didn't want a 1/4" of coffee ground sludge in the bottom of your cup, the Zevro is a dream come true.

American Higher Education
This book is a required text for my PhD course, The Future of Education. It posits that, because there is confusion regarding the goals and definition of higher education, uncertainty characterizes the course of most universities today. The author begins with a look at education in the ancient world, and moves forward to the present day. The style in very interesting, readable and filled with information about the roots of American education. Highly recommended for those who are part of the educational system, and who wish to be informed about how our schools evolved.
