They supplied the wrong item - the item was similar to the one advertised but it was a different manufacturer with lower quality make with a cork handle rather than a wooden handle. They failed to respond to a contact request via ebay to return the incorrect item and either offer a refund or supply the correct item - hence I am now leaving this negative review. They also said the item would be shipped by Royal Mail 24hours when infact it was delivered by Yodel about 5 days later after the order
