looks good but for how long?
The Insinkerator is a great piece of kit. It is robust and effective, what a pity the air switch is only chrome effect plastic rather than chrome plated brass. Our first air switch had a brushed stainless coating, which was at least on metal, but the coating wore away after about 8 years exposing the yellow base layer - it still worked but looked tatty. In the mean time we'd got a chrome plated tap so we wanted a chrome air switch. This fitted OK, looks good and works well but I fear the coating will wear off after a while - time will tell.

good for hedge cuttings to tip
I used them for hedge cuttings. Easy to pack once the sides were stabilised. 2 fitted nicely in my estate car and were a breeze to unload at the tip.

Great jacket but sadly discontinued
The Montane Velo jacket is great. It packs up really small. It stops wind and rain and the cut is long enough for cycling. Normally I get L but XXL fits over other clothes easily. The sad news is that Montane discontinued this wonderful product so I'm lucky to have got this NOS.
