Left handed? Spins the wrong way.

This craftsman weedwacker spins backwards, it spits back at you, no company should ever design a weedwacker that spins counter clock wise, it does a shotty job and its dangerous. I don't even think that after repeated use I would be able to use it, It is very hard to use. I thought at first it was a left handed weedwacker, but after some google search's I don't think there is such a thing? I am not sure if we can return it? I Still have the packaging.
