The item is as described, but it took 20 days to get my item. I ordered the item on March 8th, and they didn't ship out until March 14th. They reached out to me then thankfully. They sent me a message offering me a $5 dollar refund once the item got here if I sent them a message. I got the item on March 28, and I sent them a message that day. I haven't heard back from them since. The item was good quality, but the shipping time and lack of communication was an issue.
