one of the best novels i have ever read and much better than the films
1 of 1 found this helpful read this while on holidays and was immersed in the corleone world. the details this book have that the movies do not such as the relationship with fontane and vito's past are important and the writing is superb, the scenes of love and death written so powerfully that finishing the book ends up a very sad thing to do.
