  Negative experience guy says the controller I X button not working and asks for a replacement or refund. And I said I have another controller but that one is $10 more and I said I was sorry and even had checked it was working all good before shipping and I said sorry and said you can return it and had the option to return and he ignores me and leaves a negative review saying doesn’t honor replacement or return. Like bro I have the return option within14 days and you can do it any time. No good.
