This Camcorder was unable to work with my computer
0 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this camcorder specifically to be used to transfer my analog Hi-8 video tapes to digital files on my computer. It was advertised that it could do this function, but it could not because it is outdated technology and my windows 7 computer would not recognize this hardware device. Plus the software disc was missing for this function, but even if I had it also was outdated technology and would not work. I purchased a separate I-Link cable and download other software in the hopes of making this video transfer to work with my computer without success. So, I had to return this camcorder back to the seller since I could not use it as intended.
