Original, 40A charging cable.
It works just fine. This is a "Gen 1" cable that operates at 40A. Tesla has discontinued it in favor of a "Gen 2" cable that only operates at 32A, thus requiring longer charging times.

Replace an old device instead of buying and installing a whole system
This used unit is a replacement of one of two that I purchased about 20 years ago that suddenly stopped working. Since it was powered on almost continuously for many years, I can't complain about its quality. Although I don't need a DVD carousel, I didn't want to replace speakers, since the size and hidden wiring would be difficult to replace. I haven't used the surround sound transmitter or receiver on either unit for a long time, due to room configuration, so I can't attest to that feature.
eBay's platform for good used replacement items is my "go to" place when one of my many "vintage" devices must be replaced. Manufacturers discontinue or update electronic products frequently, often making peripheral components obsolete and the new replacement cost much higher than finding a used device.
