Great product
Come on, 2 TB for 60 some odd dollars!! This thing works great. I use on an old HP Pavillion with windows XP and it works flawlessly. No issues setting it up. It even works to capture video on a USB 1.0 port ! It was a lot smaller than I expected as well, making it very portable. If you are considering this drive, go get you one.You wont regret it.

Bang for the buck!
I had some install issues on my wife's windows 10 laptop. Windows 10 requires signed drivers and the process to change that setting was such a PITA, that I transferred to my good old faithful HP Pavillion running windows XP. Install went perfectly on that computer. I have used to transfer about 12 VHS tapes to MPEG files and they look fine. I am just now working on refining settings for the DVD burning etc. The only negative I have experienced is an audible popping noise when monitoring the audio during the capture phase. It does not appear on the captured MPEG file though, so it's just a little annoying if you are trying to process the audio and listen at a reasonable volume. For the price, this works amazingly. It will do the job. If you are looking to make professional HD movies or anything, this is not for you. Just remember that you can't improve the quality of the source material, so capture it at the same quality level and you will be good.
