Probably the worst purchase I have ever made online.

The remote was cracked open down one side and would not press back together the little plastic lugs that hold it together had broken or were faulty. And when I put the batteries in which were brand new and in the correct way the remote would not work at all. I don't see how this could happen if it was tested before being shipped
