I’m so sorry you feel this way, you never asked me or E-Bay for a refund, which I would have done immediately. I’ve been a E-Bay member since 2007 sixteen years and you are the first negative buyer I have ever had. the problem could be with your electrical system because this item worked perfectly fine when I removed it, also I checked the Toyota labor manual and to remove and replace this item only pays 2.6 hours @ $80. Per Hour. If the item was described wrong E-Bay would have refunded you.
