  These arrived so quickly it’s ridiculous. (For comparison something I bought on the same day from London arrived only one day early - I live in the UK.)   Overall the mittens came as expected. The only issue was around shipping - I received a shipping notification shortly after buying (Jan 23) but didn’t actually ship until Feb 3, so it ended up taking a lot longer to arrive than expected.

  Estimated delivery time came and went so I contacted the seller. They said they were on vacation and would mail the item a week later (3 full weeks after initial purchase date). I explained that the item was a time sensitive gift and asked that when they did sent it, they use priority post instead of regular mail and provide tracking information. My order was then canceled and refunded without so much as a reply. Sellers should suspend sales if they are away and cannot fulfill orders.
