They were also most helpful when the delivery service, Aramex, totally failed with the so called tracking system. They failed to track the package and when contacted were unable to give any reasonable comment as to where the package was after the 22nd Nov!! Hopeless,

I subsequently received an email advising my order was cancelled due to "buyer request". I DID NOT cancel the item and in fact paid an extra amount for insurance with the original purchase. I now notice the same item is for sale at $149.99. Make up your own mind. The only reason this is listed under positive feedback is that I did not want to wait 7 days before being able to leave negative feedback.
- g***g (27)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasePerfectly happy with the seller and product but not impressed with courier who wedged the parcel in the crook of a tree at bottom of driveway. Admittedly the gate was closed and parcel wouldn't fit into letterbox but anyone with common sense would at the very least have left a note in the letterbox explaining where it was. We only found it by chance next day when pruning the tree!! Alternatively leave a note with a number to phone them

Contacted the seller and got no help other than to ask for my address. Item finally arrived, the box inside the courier bag was busted open, parts were loose and a couple of the prongs were bent. Can't say i will be buying off this seller again.
