No support.
These items were old and within the first hour, they were down at my ankles. The silicon did not hold at all. They were also baggy...no support. I've worn Jobst compression stockings for 20+ years, and they are usually fair, but still the silicon does not hold after a while.

Great for sandals
Sticks to insole of shoes to prevent slipping. Only drawback for me is the arch support is a little uncomfortable.
