good low-cost alternative to genuine battery

This compatible battery has performed well during the first five times I have used it. Its capacity and performance appears similar to the original battery. One small disadvantage is that the original battery displayed its charging status (e.g. 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, full) while being charged while this compatible battery does not appear to do so. Also, at least for the first five charges I have done so far, the charger has not registered the end of charge with this battery even after a long period, e.g. 8 hours. These issues are minor as the battery appears to charge properly and I just leave the battery on the charger for a good few hours and then remove it. Note the battery status indicator seems to work well when you are using the battery, just not when you are charging it. I would purchase this battery type again if I needed one.

working well for me

This is working well with me. Speaker and recording quality are both very good. The only minor issue I have found is it tends to slip a little on my head when worn for long periods of time so needs to be adjusted every now and then.
