Totally worth it
I was a bit sceptical about this product, but it is marvelous, covered greys and my hair looks beautiful.

An excellent starting point for your trauma work
If you are dealing with C-PTSD this book is a must read. Very insightful and a good summary of all the different techniques that can help you to deal with trauma.
