Easy Upgrade to say the Least.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought three of these for my Lenovo 14" T60 laptops. Like one review stated, this is an easy upgrade especially if you want to go to the 64 bit operating systems. I installed one in a T60 which had a T2400 1.8 Gh dual core, 32 bit CPU and now I'm running the T7200 which is of course 2 Gh 64 bit CPU. Once you change to a 64 bit operating system you go from 3GB's of RAM to 4 GB's of RAM which is an improvement. Along with this upgrade I added Windows 8.1, 64 bit on a 120GB OWC SSD. I'm quite impressed with the speed, 36 second start up and the screen on these T60's is remarkable, very bright and the color is great, the best I've ever seen on any laptops. The price was right on these CPU's and the vendor got them to me in no time at all.
